This mild curry is on high rotation at our house. It's packed full of lots of goodies such as cauliflower, pulses, cashews and beans.

  • garam masala, ground turmeric, fennel seeds
  • tomato paste
  • coconut sugar
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • vegetable stock paste
  • chickpeas, lentils
  • raw cashews
