So simple, with a few hidden vegetables to boot! My son loves this. We sometimes serve it with a boiled egg to up the protein a little.

  • garlic
  • onion
  • red capsicum
  • zucchini
  • celery
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • coconut sugar
  • dried thyme
  • smoked paprika
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • brown rice basmati
  • 2 tbs vegetable stock paste
  • black beans
  • lemon wedges
